Do not interfere with the performance or distract performers.
Respect artist-specific photography restrictions (e.g., first three songs only, no social media before a specific time, etc.).
Do not make physical contact with performers or their equipment.
Respect for Other Photographers
Be aware of your surroundings and avoid blocking another photographer's shot for extended periods.
Share shooting positions fairly and avoid monopolizing prime locations.
Do not push, shove, or otherwise interfere with another photographer's work.
Maintain professional communication with fellow media personnel.
Audience Respect
Do not obstruct the view of paying attendees longer than necessary.
Be mindful when moving through crowds.
Respect the privacy of audience members.
No photos of children or minors without explicit approval from a parent/guardian and publication management.
Professional Conduct
Represent the publication professionally at all times.
Treat venue staff, artists, management, and attendees with respect.
Do not consume excessive alcohol or use illegal substances while working.
Wear appropriate credentials visibly when required.
Content & Ethics
Do not stage or manipulate situations that could endanger others.
Do not misrepresent events, performers, or attendees through misleading editing.
Respect embargoes and publication restrictions when applicable.
Submit images honestly and without deceptive alterations.
Equipment
Keep gear secure and avoid creating trip hazards with bags or equipment.
Bring only equipment permitted by venue and tour policies.
Be responsible for your own gear and belongings.
Enforcement
Violations may result in removal from the photo pit or venue.
Violations may lead to suspension or revocation of assignment opportunities with Soundglare.
Serious violations may be reported to venues, promoters, or artist representatives.
